for the eAlliance membership of The eAllianceMaker Strategic Alliance

Please read the following terms, by using this site and/or purchasing our
products or services offered, you are agreeing to these terms.
All MEMBERS of the ALLIANCE are required to obey all laws relating to their local, county, state, federal, and international business operations. The ALLIANCE is not associated with any member's business operation except where noted herein. The ALLIANCE will expect and require that all MEMBERS accept and abide by all of the following rules and regulations plus any additional rules or regulations that the ALLIANCE may adopt in the future.
If, in the opinion of the ALLIANCE, a MEMBER is found to be not active in the ALLIANCE for a period of six months or more relative to the development of their "eAlliance", they will be subject to suspension or dismissal from the ALLIANCE after being notified by the ALLIANCE of this inactivity. The ALLIANCE will notify all active MEMBERS of any modifications to these rules and regulations, and all MEMBERS are required to read and return a copy of these rules to indicate their understanding and acceptance of these rules.
The purpose of the ALLIANCE is to assist serious business-minded individuals in locating valid money/opportunity "situations" via the use of computerized cataloging of information. In addition, the ALLIANCE will permit its MEMBERS to advertise money/opportunity "situations" if, and only if, such advertisements are believed, by the ALLIANCE, to be of sound merit and worthy of news value. Any charges for this advertising service will be explained in appropriate literature published and distributed by the ALLIANCE.
The MEMBER cannot and will not use the name of the ALLIANCE in any advertising or sales literature so as to imply or suggest that the MEMBER is representing the ALLIANCE in business transactions of any kind. The MEMBER cannot and will not sign and enter into agreements that imply or suggest that the ALLIANCE is responsible for the business expenses, responsibilities, and/or affairs of the MEMBER.
The MEMBER will be expected to conduct their business efforts in accordance with the laws of their local, county, state, federal, and international governments. The ALLIANCE will dismiss any MEMBER believed to be, or found to be, violating any of the above-mentioned laws. The ALLIANCE will cooperate fully with all private, local, county, state, federal, and international agencies in investigating the misconduct and/or suspected unlawful activities of any MEMBER of the ALLIANCE.
The MEMBER of the ALLIANCE will not be an employee, agent, or legal representative of The eAllianceMaker Strategic Alliance, nor will the MEMBER represent themselves as such. The Member will be an independent business operator, and will be responsible for their own business affairs, taxes, expenses, and business operations.
The eAllianceMaker Strategic Alliance has the right and sole discretion, to remove any member and or projects from the ALLIANCE at anytime without notice.
The materials and services in this membership are provided "as is", "as available" and without warranties of any kind either express or implied.
To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, The eAllianceMaker Strategic Alliance disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
The eAllianceMaker Strategic Alliance does not warrant that the functions contained in the materials will be uninterrupted or error-free or that defects will be corrected.
The eAllianceMaker Strategic Alliance does not warrant or make any representations regarding the use or the results of the use of the materials in terms of their correctness, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise.
You (and not The eAllianceMaker Strategic Alliance) assume the entire cost of all necessary servicing, repair, or correction.
Applicable law may not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusion may not apply to you.
The MEMBER understands that they have not been guaranteed any specific income, and is not assured of profit or success. The MEMBER'S profit and success will come only from their individual hard work and use of legal, and accepted business strategies.
The appearance of business opportunities and franchises throughout this website does not constitute an endorsement on the part of The eAllianceMaker Strategic Alliance and/or its official newsletter, The Strategic Advisor. Individuals and companies exploring various opportunities presented herein are encouraged to thoroughly investigate each opportunity prior to making an investment decision.
