Introduction


This information describes a very special moneymaking strategy that was developed, tested and perfected many years ago ... long before the Internet existed. Yet, as you will soon realize, this strategy was created perfectly for the Internet.


In the beginning years, I used the early generation of microcomputers plus rather bulky storage devices and tape drives. To communicate daily with my thousands of associates and business owners, I used a series of telex and TWX machines, and even cablegrams and "snail mail".


When this strategy was first released, the volume of opportunities that were quickly identified and cataloged by this strategy quickly overwhelmed my poorly constructed and inadequate data systems. It soon became obvious to me that "this strategy was developed ahead of its time".


The success that my associates and I received from this strategy was enormous and thousands of people around the world participated with me. Nevertheless, the stress and difficulty of attempting to manage the sheer volume of activities generated by this strategy were overwhelming. As a result, I had to find a way to control the rate of growth of the business.


After many, many efforts to do so, I finally realized that the power of this strategy was too great, so I proceeded to shut down my operations. The process of stopping the activity was painful to me, but necessary . My associates had such love and enthusiasm for this strategy that it was not easy for many of them to understand my operating and communication difficulties. The incredible daily surge of opportunities and business needs overwhelmed me and it was impossible to cope with the volume.


With the help and support of a few close friends, I then documented and safeguarded all of the important details of my strategy. Since that time, I have patiently waited until technology advanced to the level that it currently has.

Who am I and what am I searching for?


My first career was as a research and development engineer. However, after over ten years in this field, I began to seek other avenues, especially those in which computers were being used to solve problems.


Over the years, I became interested in a variety of entrepreneurial activities. All of these activities culminated in my being exposed to a wide range of strategies relating to making money and using computers to assist the process. In time, I found that my interests and needs were best satisfied by using my own mixture of "workable" strategies. Out of this, my own personal strategy has emerged. This personal strategy is what I will be sharing with you.


My strategy is called "Personal/Portable Business Strategy".


My favorite term for a business created by my strategy is a "Suitcase Business". I use this term because my strategy allows you to travel (or not be in the office) whenever you wish, plus to always have a great deal of free time. Having plenty of free time has always been important to me, so I designed my strategy this way. With this strategy, you make money whether you are in the office or not.


My goal regarding this strategy is quite clear. I am seeking to meet individuals who wish to learn and use this strategy. Therefore, this ebook will describe enough about my strategies so that you will easily know if it is for you or not.


Take your time to read about this strategy. Think about it for a few days, then if you believe that this strategy is for you ... I would love to have you join with me.

How It All Began


In my early years, I was not attracted to business topics at all. In fact, my interests were very heavily focused on science, mathematics, physics, etc. but my interests changed shortly after I obtained my third engineering degree and completed my graduate studies. Whether it was curiosity about business or boredom with engineering, I don't actually know but I slowly began to spend a lot of time looking at product marketing strategies.


Looking back now, there was a definite indication that I formed my unusual way of thinking at a rather early age. An example of what I mean is given below:


Aladdin's Lamp


When I was in the second grade, our class was learning the story of Aladdin's Lamp. Our class was told that when someone found the lamp, they would receive three wishes. So, to test our imaginations, our teacher asked us to tell her what would we wish for if we found the lamp.


All of my classmates wished for things like candy, a new bicycle or gifts for their family. I told the teacher that those wishes were silly and didn't make any sense to me.


When the teacher heard my comments, she asked me to explain why I thought my classmates didn't choose smart wishes. My response was that if I found the lamp and was given a chance to have three wishes, my first wish would be that I would not have just three wishes, but as many wishes as I want. Second, I would wish to never lose the lamp or have it taken from me. Then, I would take my time and wish for candy, bicycles and other stuff.


The teacher became quite excited and told me that I was thinking in an "unlimited" fashion. She encouraged me to continue to think this way and if I did, I would be successful in whatever I decided to do with my life.


I never forgot my teacher's advice and did continue this way of thinking.

 

Four important events that shaped my strategy


"My Baby Memory Book Business"


Many years ago, one of the first businesses that I began was one that sold baby memory books to mothers of newborn babies. My role was to locate these new mothers and convince them to buy this book.


The book was designed to allow the mother to store information and photos of her child during his first year. The book was "personalized" with the baby's name and shipped to the customer by the book's manufacturer. When I received orders, I kept 30% of the income and sent the balance to the manufacturer.


As you can see, the idea of the business was very simple. And, back in those days, I felt that I had discovered a virtual "gold mine" as I knew exactly how to locate mothers of newborn babies.


The business began to make money almost immediately, but the more success I generated, the more difficulty I had getting the manufacturer to "personalize" and ship the books to my customers in a timely fashion.


The manufacturer did not ship the books properly and my customers became quite unhappy. As a result, I learned that if I was to be successful in business, it makes sense to be in a position of control whenever possible. I focus on actually owning the proprietary rights to products or controlling them in some manner. Only when I have that type of control will I spend time, money and energy working on any business activity. I suggest that you do the same. Becoming familiar with my strategy will help you greatly in learning how to do so.

"The Secrets Of Highly Paid Consultants"


While working as an engineer, I had many opportunities to attend meetings in which very highly paid consultants would discuss technical problems and their probable solutions. In the industry where I was employed, there were a number of very large, diversified and successful companies. Many of the consultants who my employer used were also retained by several of my employer's competitors.


During one of these meetings, we were discussing a serious technical problem whose solution was worth many thousands of dollars to my employer. The consultant slipped and mentioned that this particular problem had been solved by one of our competitors several months prior. He then offered to guide our engineers in the direction of the solution as part of his arrangements with my employer.


I wasn't sure of the legality of the consultant's offer to us, but I did realize a very important fact that I never forgot.

 

The lesson that this taught me

Competitors don't usually talk to each other, so you can often "broker" information

 

 

"An Important Coffee Shop Conversation"


During a business trip, I found myself in an unfamiliar restaurant having lunch and sitting next to a couple of obviously successful businessmen. What made this lunch so memorable for me was the conversation that I overheard from these two men.


One of the men was complaining that he was frustrated with his business growth. He mentioned that he had spent a considerable amount of money looking for additional products to market, but he had not located anything that matched his needs.


The other man also had problems in his business. The second man wanted to find better ways to make use of his staff. This man's staff consisted of very talented marketing professionals and he wanted more projects for them.


Both men expressed a great deal of eagerness to work with anyone who could help them solve their business problems. However, they were reluctant to announce their problems openly within their business circles.


These men provided me with another valuable lesson for my strategy.

"A Fishing Lure In A Golf Magazine"


One of my favorite pastimes has always been to look through magazines and to study the ads that they contain. I still spend hours upon hours, just flipping magazine pages, reviewing the types of products and how various products are being advertised.


One day while waiting in my dentist office, I began reviewing a golf magazine and noticed a very attractive fishing lure being advertised. I made a note of the phone number on the ad and later was able to talk to the advertiser directly.


It turned out that the advertiser was an elderly man who invented the lure many years ago, but never had marketed it before. He told me that his friends who had used the lure were quite happy with it. He said that they had encouraged him to market the lure.


I told him that he had created an attractive lure and the ad itself was quite nice. However, I didn't understand why he chose a golf magazine to advertise his lure. The answer he gave me was very surprising.


He said that he was an avid golfer as well as a serious fisherman. All of his buddies shared his love for both sports. He explained that whenever he and his buddies were out fishing, they talked mostly about golf. And when they were playing golf, they all spent their time talking about their next fishing trip.


Based on this, he felt the best place to locate serious fishermen was in a good golf magazine. Another lesson learned.

What this strategy is really about

"Find a Need and Fill It"

Have you ever hear the expression, "Find A Need and Fill it"? It is a very useful suggestion, IF you understand my strategy. The very easiest way to make money is to satisfy a need that someone has. If you are able to do this properly and for a price that is satisfactory, then you have the beginning of a profitable activity.


Just to be clear. I don't suggest you become a finder for anyone, even if that idea appeals to you. Instead, I suggest that you follow my guidelines and create a "focused" personal eALLIANCE consisting of businesses and individuals whose "needs" can be cataloged and used to generate continual profits for you. As you continue to review and study my strategy, it will become clearer exactly how my strategy works.

 

What is an Alliance?

An alliance is a group of businesses and individuals that all have a "focused" common interest in some business subject. Your eALLIANCE will enable you to generate tremendous profits on a continual basis from a group of associates who will all relate to you personally. For the very best results, your eALLIANCE should be focused around certain topics about which you have some interest or special knowledge. If you follow this rule, your eALLIANCE will become very effective in a short amount of time. As your eALLIANCE grows and develops, you will earn the opportunity to become a member of the Strategic Alliance.


Why is an eALLIANCE necessary?

There are several important strategies at work when you form and manage your personal eALLIANCE as I am suggesting. In the next few pages, I will provide you with some examples to help you to fully realize the inherent power that exists within a properly designed alliance.


Keep in mind what your primary goal should be to generate continual income and profits in a calm and carefree manner. Secondly, you want to be in a position where you can constantly "Find a need and fill it". And finally, you should want to be a proprietary owner/controller of valuable products and services that are in very high and constant demand.


"Let's study."

An alliance, when properly created, is more than just a collection of business contacts. It can be a source of valuable "money" potential in ways that you will soon understand. Your eALLIANCE is a special form of an Alliance such that it is developed and managed over the Internet. Our program is designed to help you develop your eALLIANCE easily. Let's discuss an example to prove my point.


One of the first things you would do when creating an eALLIANCE is to decide upon the areas of specialization for your eALLIANCE. However, before you can really decide about areas of specialization, let me tell you how the idea of alliances became a part of my strategy.


How It All Began


Initially, my goal was simply to acquire the ownership or marketing rights to valuable products. I knew how to do this because I had earlier studied courses and methodology that taught me a number of proven techniques. Over a period of time, I became extremely good at locating products that had strong marketing potential.


I became so good at locating products that I had more activity than I could handle. I began to just "store" the information about the extra products in filing cabinets and eventually on computer disks. As time passed, I began mentioning to friends and associates that I had a huge catalog of valuable products that needed marketing. I began to ask everybody I met to suggest people who might be interested in these products.


Telling other people that I knew about available products that they could control helped me to realize the next stage of my strategy. In a very short time, I realized that people who have very strong marketing skills don't necessarily have my research skills ... so without knowing it, I had discovered that my skill of locating products with potential was the solution to a problem that many marketing groups had.


In other words, I had "found a need and filled it".


So, I had learned that there were hundred of marketing people who had the skills and knowledge to market products, but they did not have the products. Then, as I studied this closer, I decided to test if I could expand this concept. Next, I talked to some companies who specialized in manufacturing prototypes of products and who did custom manufacturing. The more I talked to them, the more obvious it became that they had a strong desire to have more customers.


Well, who would be their customers? Their customers are people who have products that need to be manufactured in small quantities (for test marketing or start-up campaigns). The people who would take over the marketing of these products I had would make good customers for these manufacturers.


When I decided that the marketing people could satisfy the needs of the manufacturers, I suddenly saw the importance of expanding my group of contacts in a particular manner. So, I then began to communicate more closely with all of people I deal with. The more I talked with them, the more special "needs" I heard about. I then began to catalog their needs and when I had these needs cataloged, I reviewed them and discovered that there was a pattern to them. Hence, the idea of an alliance began to take shape in my mind.


I then forced myself to expand my list of contacts in all of the directions that these unfulfilled needs led me. In the end, I had generated a collection of valuable business contacts who knew me personally and each of them saw me as a person who could help them in their business.


These people in my first alliance did something that really impressed me and forced me to pay special attention. These people started to call me and tell me what their needs were without me asking. The amazing thing was that as I heard of these "new" needs, I usually had an answer for them from one of the other contacts that I had met. It was almost like magic! The more people I added to my alliance, the more powerful and active it became. At this point, the first alliance was born!


As time continued on, I forced myself to collect more associates who would benefit from the group of people I already had collected. This was an important decision because it kept my alliance active and useful. If I had begun looking in a different direction such as real estate, then the contacts that I had already developed would not be of much value to me. It is important that the people in your alliance relate to each other in a particular manner.


In my "Strategic Alliance Guide", I will also provide you with some valuable information that I call, "marketing combinations". These combinations don't apply to "marketing", as you normally would think of the term. My marketing combinations are used to show you how to put business deals together within your eALLIANCE and/or with other alliances.


Here is an example to help you understand the idea. However, I won't go into the full explanation of marketing combinations at this time. The full explanation is best reserved for those of you who want to build a huge eALLIANCE that will generate enormous incomes. These combinations are not as important to you if you don't wish to generate high incomes.


Consider the alliance I just discussed. Let's suppose that you were one of the marketing people that I had been in touch with. And you had told me that you would love to handle one of the products that I knew about, but you needed some assistance with gaining a large audience of potential customers. Well, my marketing combination strategy (located in my Strategic Alliance Guide) would help me to know if it is possible for me to work with you effectively. It also will show me if I have enough control of the situation to make a good business decision or not.


The value of your eALLIANCE will be determined by its size, but also by the quality of the associates in it. If your associates have strong interest in a particular subject, your eALLIANCE is more likely to be successful.


 

Developing Your Personal eALLIANCE
